Is the product in stock?

If the product is in stock, you will be able to add it to the cart. The product page states, how many products are still in stock. On the category page, you can easily edit the display of products in stock via filters.

When will the product be in stock?

In case the product is not in stock, the product page states when the date of the next delivery is expected. If no delivery date is stated on the product page, the delivery date is not yet known, which means that it will not be possible to order the product soon.

Why can't I add an item to my cart?

You cannot add a product to the cart because it is no longer in stock. The product page states when the product is expected to be re-ordered.

Can I book a product that is not in stock?

We can send you a pro forma invoice, after payment we put the product on the reservation, so you will definitely get it. We will then send the product to you when we receive it. We need your email, GSM number and delivery details to issue a pro forma invoice.

Can you let me know when the product is in stock?

If the product is not in stock, you can subscribe to the notification on the product page by entering your email address. When the product is back in stock, you will be notified to the entered email address.

Can you make an invoice on the company name?

Of course. When ordering, you can choose a separate delivery address as well as an invoice address where you specify the company and tax number.



Is it possible to pay in installments?

We do not offer installment payments at this time.

Is cash on delivery possible?

Sorry, cash on delivery is not possible.

Is it possible to pay upon personal collection of goods?

Unfortunately, payment is not possible upon personal collection.

How can I pay?

You can make a payment by card or via Paypal.

Why can't I enter numbers when entering my credit card number?

This otherwise rare situation can occur if you have been entering credit card information for too long and the session has expired now. In this case, please refresh the page and try again.


Returns and complaints

Can I return the goods?

Of course. In accordance with the law, you can return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. To return the goods, fill out the form for withdrawal of the contract and send it to our email address. Then you send the goods to the warehouse in Vrhnika, Slovenia. The cost of returning the goods is on the side of the buyer. After inspecting the returned goods, we will return the purchase price or part of it to the account from which the transaction was made (on the card or on the Paypal account) within 14 days.

Do I get a full refund if I return the goods?

Depending on the condition of the returned goods. Before installation or. when assembling the goods, make sure that the goods actually suit you. If the product does not suit you, do not install or assemble, but return it in the original and undamaged packaging, as otherwise we reserve the right to refund the reduced amount of the purchase price. Do I want to file a reclamation claim?

You can make a claim within the warranty period of the goods, which is usually 1 year from the date of purchase. Complaints are processed by the importer of the goods.
